Eva Jurczyk

Eva Jurczyk was born in Katowice, Poland and wound up halfway around the world in a Canadian city that often masquerades as New York in movies. By day, she builds library collections as a book buyer for the University of Toronto Libraries, and by night, she writes mystery novels. Her previous work includes the best-selling The Department of Rare Books and Special Collections, and That Night in the Library. Her latest novel, 6:40 to Montreal, was published in October 2025, and the highly anticipated The Paris Files will be published in late 2026. She lives in Toronto with her husband and son.

Suzy Krause

Suzy Krause is an author from the Saskatchewan prairies. Her most recent novel, I Think We've Been Here Before, was shortlisted for four Saskatchewan Book Awards, winning in one category, chosen by the Literary Press Group of Canada as one of their 50 favourite reads from the past 50 years, and optioned for television. Her books have been translated into Russian and Estonian and all three of them have been Amazon First Reads picks.
