The album Kessaï, released in March, “is a project that celebrates human beings with, as a backdrop, the importance of advancing together, despite differences” (RCI, 2019). The multicultural collective's music revolves around a common theme : the age old and common history of its members, from Africa to Latin America. Kora, percussions, brass and piano dialogue harmoniously and dynamically, bound by the multi-octave voice of Just Wôan. African salsa that grooves!
