Visit the Imagination Salon for a free writing session with live music! Enjoy a tranquil, comfortable space filled with books and literary inspirations to add some words to your project, be it fiction, no-fiction, thesis, poetry, or idle scribbling. 

Make use of the space and focused atmosphere, and find inspiration in our featured Festival books!

This activity is free and open to all. You are invited to bring your own writing materials; pens and paper will be provided in limited quantities. 


Registration is not required to participate in this activity. This activity is offered in a “pop-up” format; you are not required to attend it in its entirety, and you are welcome to join halfway through.

Although this specific activity is offered from 2:00 to 3:30 p.m., the Salon will be open to all from 12:30 to 4:00 p.m.


This activity is inspired by a similar activity held at the GritLit Festival, in Hamilton, Ontario.
