Pandit Kaivalya Kumar

Pandit Kaivalya Kumar Gurav hails from Dharwad, Karnataka (India). He is a leading young exponent of the Kirana Gharana with a rich multigenerational lineage. He was trained by his father Pandit Sangmeshwar Gurav. His Grandfather Ganpatrao Gurav, studied under 2 legends: Pandit Bhaskarbua Bhakle and Ustad Abdul Karim Khan. Due to this ancestry, Kaivalya Kumar is a treasure house of unusual compositions. Endowed with a mellifluous, fluid and high pitched tenor voice, he has earned several titles: "Surmani", " Pt. Jasraj Gaurav Puraskar” and "Sarva Shreshta Kalakar" to name a few. He has performed at several prestigious music festivals in India and has many albums to his credit. Kaivalya Kumar is one of the most sought after artists in India. A great singer of Khayal, Pt.Kaivalyakumar also renders Marathi Natya Sangeet and Abhang, Bhajans, Kannada Vachana and Dasara Pada with equal finesse and all of which has won him the acclaim of listeners and critics alike all over India and abroad.

Pandit Subhen Chatterjee

Subhen Chatterjee is an Indian percussionist and tabla player hailing from Kolkata. Chatterjee began his training on the tabla in his childhood, studying with Swapan Choudhry. In 1985 he created the fusion band Karma. He has accompanied the vocalist Girija Devi on several recordings including Songs of Varanasi for Nimbus Records. He has also recorded with V.M. Bhatt and Matt Malley on the album 'Sleepless Nights' for World Village Records. His album 'Artistry' recorded live in Kansas City with Manilal Nag on sitar, Ramesh Mishra on sarangi and Chatterjee on tabla was nominated for a Grammy Award in 2002.

Pandit Sanatan Goswami

Pandit Sanatan Goswami is an oustanding Harmonium player. He was introduced to Vocal music by his Uncle Late Manindra Goswami who was the student of Late Sangitacharya Pandit Chinmoy Lahiri. Later on he started training with Pandit Dinanath Mishra and continued his learing with Pandit Maharaj Banerjee and from Pandit V.G.Jog. In addition to being a reputed solo Harmonium player and vocalist, Sanatan is among the few choicest accompanists of most prominent celebrities of our country like Pandit.Jasraj, Pandits Rajan & Sajan Misra, Girija Devi and such other stalwarts. He has performed in almost all major music conferences all over India and abroad.
