South Asian Arts, supported by Kabir Cultural Centre, presents young Montréal cellists, a master of the Ajrada tabla tradition and a sarod-sarangi duet. At the heart of the concert is the transmission of great musical traditions across generations, from teacher to student, from tradition to performance, and from established masters to young Montréal musicians. The concert welcomes experienced listeners, families, students and anyone curious to experience Indian classical music live.
