Each gathering begins with a generous brunch, carefully prepared by our chefs, showcasing local products and seasonal flavours. After this shared moment of indulgence comes learning, discovery, and the joy of creating with your own hands.
Through four exclusive sessions, let our artisans guide you into gourmet and inspiring worlds:
Chocolate Workshop (February 28): Dive into the world of cocoa: temper, mold, and personalize your own chocolate creations.
Pizza Workshop (March 4): Uncover the secrets of perfect dough, the art of pairing toppings, and the golden bake of the Marché’s ovens.
Maple Choux Pastry Workshop (March 21): Master the delicate art of filled choux, elevated with the rich maple notes of Québec’s terroir.
