In Cuba, music is everywhere, all the time. Bolero, cha-cha-cha, danzón, filin, guajira, guaracha, habanera, mambo, rumba, son, timba, and more. Its lively, diverse, and exhilarating rhythms are instantly recognizable and set the pace for daily life. The sharp brass, intense percussion, and infectious good humor of Septeto de Montréal, under the musical direction of Julio Rodriguez, inevitably make you want to dance and have fun, to let go of everything else. This group, true to its traditions, which has shared the stage with renowned artists such as Isaac Delgado and Haila María Mompié, promises to set the stage ablaze.
