Gavan Rousseau

Gavan Rousseau is a professional multi-tribute artist from Sudbury, Ontario. He has been performing as Buddy Holly and Ritchie Valens since the young age of four and developed his talents throughout his teenage years to include Roy Orbison, Johnny Cash, Frankie Valli, and Elvis Presley. His versatility and calibre have made him one of the top artists in his field over the last decade.

It has always been his calling to keep the oldies alive by stepping into character and giving each member of each audience the opportunity to relive past memories and create new ones. The talent with which he has been gifted in music comes coupled with a talent for mimicry, bringing the looks, mannerisms, and backstories to the stage for folks to enjoy in addition to the music - truly the full experience. Anyone who has seen Gavan's performances will attest that his ability to emulate various artists' intricate characteristics is astounding.

Now 27, Gavan has planned and performed tribute shows for various crowds all across North America, from the northern reaches of Canada to the beaches of Mexico.

As long as the crowds still 'dig it', Gavan hopes to continue turning on the ol' jukebox.
