The Effigy is the pass you need for getting access to hundreds of activities during the Quebec Winter Carnival.

IMPORTANT :

The Effigy is mandatory to access the official sites of the Quebec Winter Carnival from Ferbuary 7 to 16, 2025 for all Carnival-goers 13 years of age and over.

The Effigy also gives you access to a winter discount booklet including many coupons valid at several merchants in the Quebec City area in addition to giving you discounts and privileges redeemable at different events in Quebec City during the winter period. In 2025, you will find 2 types of Effigy ; one yellow and one blue. Both colors give you the same access, no difference!
