Fall Open House 2026

The Housing Service team is pleased to welcome you to our residences as part of uOttawa Open House. You’ll have the chance to visit the units and rooms, talk to students, ask questions about life in residence and get a feel for what your first year at university might be like.

Several styles of residences are available to you. Compare the residences we offer to decide which ones you’d like to visit.

We recommend that you book a tour of each residence you’re interested in, as space may be limited.

Pro tip: Leave time between visits for travel between residences.

The Stanton, Marchand, and 90U residences are located in the university complex.

Thompson residence (map) and Leblanc residence (map) are within walking distance of campus.

You can walk between residences or take the shuttle bus, which operates on a first-come, first-served basis. Leaving at 9 a.m. from the 90U residence, the shuttle will operate along the following route:

90U residence / Marchand residence — 90 University

Hyman Soloway residence — 157 Laurier Ave. East

Rideau residence — 290 Rideau Street

Friel residence — 240 Friel Street

Annex residence — 265 Laurier Ave. East

Henderson residence — 202 Henderson Ave.

Mann — 45 Mann
