Skin contact is not new: it’s the oldest way of making wine. The method has been revived with the popularity of orange wines, but rosé and red wines are made the same way! We’ll explore the history and the method of macerating skins with grape juice: it brings color to wine, but also really cool texture and flavors.

There is free street parking on Montcalm as of 7pm on weekdays and all day Saturday. 

There is a paid lot across the street. It requires an app, Indigo, to pay. 

Free street parking can be found on neighbouring streets. Before 6pm, some may have imposed time limits.
