After traveling to 27 cities across Quebec to present films on the big screen, the Banff Mountain Film Festival goes virtual. From the comfort of your living room, the festival offers a selection of short and medium-length films made by daredevil adventurers in the heart of wild territories. Inspiring adventures, interwoven with human prowess and stories that often go beyond the protagonists' sporting exploits. A must-see, inspiring event for fans of human and sporting adventure films.

Treat yourself to the "THE GREAT ADVENTURE" program, which gives you access to all the films in the Blue and Red programs at a preferential rate. The option to purchase a single program is also available. Please note that 7 films in this program were part of the program shown during our theatrical tour.

"THE GREAT ADVENTURE" PROGRAM

This is the option chosen by almost all festival-goers! It gives access to all the films in the 2026 virtual program of the Quebec tour. You have access to all the films in the "RED" and "BLUE" programs. Twelve films shot in the four corners of the world, totalling almost five hours of human and sporting adventure.

The 2026 themes: Multisport expedition to Baffin Island • Ultra-endurance cycling (bikepacking) with the unbeatable record holder Justinas Leveika • Adaptive mountain biking accompanied by powerful and deeply inspiring human stories • Cycle touring in the Swiss Alps with two fathers and their two-year-old sons • Big wall climbing in Patagonia • West-to-east crossing by the Quebec-based AKOR Expedition team • Backcountry skiing in Whistler, far from chairlifts and gondolas • Climbing in the heart of Iceland's glaciers • Mountain biking in the heart of the Dolpo region of Nepal • Diving into the eternal mountains of the Altai, in Mongolia, where 13-year-old Kharakoz embodies a captivating blend of ancestral traditions and modern influences • Downhill skateboarding on one of the most demanding descents in Europe • Great friendship and backcountry skiing in Colorado.

A 30-day viewing period (from the moment your ticket purchase is confirmed) lets you go at your own pace.
