Join Jane Book for a workshop focused on Advanced and Excellent level skill development.
Through targeted exercises and varied searches, you’ll learn how to refine your dog’s work while maintaining motivation.

Level & Prerequisites
Level: Advanced and Excellent
Prerequisite: Your dog must know the three official SDDA target odors
Workshop Topics
-Planning and organizing effective searches at home
-Search strategies for the three components (containers / interior & exterior – vehicles)
-Training your dog to ignore food distractions
-Developing strategies for games
A great opportunity to refine your techniques and gain practical tools to improve your scent detection progress!
Practical Information
Date: Monday, April 27
Time: 9:00 a.m. – 1:30 p.m. (4 hours of training + 30-minute break)
Location: Centre Canin LeGardeur
Working spot: $129 + tax
Audit spot: $39 + tax
Please note that the workshop will be held in English.

About Jane Book
Jane Book holds a Bachelor of Science degree and is a scent detection judge, instructor, and competitor. Passionate about scent detection for over ten years, she has helped many students compete in scent detection championships. She is also the founder of thedogscents.com, an online video training program where students can learn scent detection remotely with coaching support and a dedicated Facebook group.
