Enjoy a culinary fusion of First Nations and French cuisines during this special event taking place at Sagamité Old Quebec, on St-Louis Street. During this truly unique evening, you’ll be served a gourmet four-course meal, while enjoying entertainment, music and explanations from the chef. Experience the Fêtes de la Nouvelle-France in a different way and celebrate our cultural heritages.

THE MENU :
Smoked salmon with wild blueberries, lemony sour cream & chives
Venison and wapiti sagamite soup, served with bannock bread, berries & cranberries
Beef and bison duo, harvester’s sauce, served with settlers’ vegetables & scalloped Jerusalem artichokes with boar lard
Maple syrup pie
Seats will be assigned according to the number of tickets in each purchase. Groups may be paired together, depending on the final room setup at Sagamité.
