A Celebration of Summer – A Chef-Led Five-Course Experience
Amuse: Ahi Tuna Roll. With cucumber, avocado, and chili lime aioli.
Starter: Chicken Soubise Tartine. Caramelized onion and chicken tartine.
Fish Course: Crab and Lobster. House made crab cakes enrobed with lobster Thermidor-style sauce.
Main Course: Maple Bourbon Wagyu. Sliced beef flat iron glazed with maple bourbon sauce on lentil pilaf. Accompanied with pickled carrots.
Palate Cleanser: Orange tarragon granite
Dessert: Mango and Peach Cake. Fresh mango and peach upside down cake scented with hibiscus syrup and Pinocchio's maple ice cream.
