 Winner of the 2011 Syli d’Or award for world music with his group The Cuban Martinez Show, Yordan Martinez stands out for his versatility, creativity, and talent for improvisation. A trombonist originally from Cuba, he performs more than 200 shows and Cuban-themed parties each year with his group and his talented, energetic, and close-knit musicians.
