Terry Gillespie, born in Canada and raised in the U.S., returned home in the 60s, deeply influenced by the blues. He played with legends like Howling Wolf and Buddy Guy. In Ottawa, he co-founded Heaven’s Radio, a pioneering rock band with national success. After the band disbanded, Terry built a solo career, often collaborating with musicians from Barbados, Jamaica, and South Africa. Winters in Jamaica further enriched his eclectic sound. Known as Canada's king of roots music and Mr. Groove, he’s been praised for his deep musical connections.

Crystal Axe is a powerful Jamaican singer and one of the most prominent female voices from the Negril and Lucea music scenes. Transitioning from business studies to an international music career, she rose to fame in Germany with the hit Party On, which climbed the charts. With two albums, several successful singles (Love In My Heart, Loving You ft. Bushman…), and collaborations with artists like Black Copper and Easy Wayne, she embodies the strength and richness of Jamaican music. As a guest of Terry Gillespie, she continues a tradition of musical exchange between Jamaica and Canada.
