On the occasion of this concert, the artists André Galamba and Bianca Rocha will share the stage at Balattou to get you moving to Brazilian rhythms. 

André Galamba : André Galamba is a guitarist and bassist based in Montreal, originally from Recife, Brazil. Influenced by a wide range of rhythms and harmonies, he is known for his musical versatility. He has performed at international festivals such as South By Southwest (Austin), Mondo, and Sounds of Brazil (NYC), as well as at the Montreal International Jazz Festival and Les Francofolies. André has toured in France, Chile, and Brazil, and is featured on Rommel’s Karawara album, released by Biscoito Fino. He collaborates with various artists, including Rommel, Diogo Ramos, and Catherine Dagenais, sharing his passion on stage and in the studio.


Bianca Rocha : Bianca Rocha blends her South Brazilian roots with jazz and Latin American rhythms, creating songs that address women's rights, the environment, love, and hope. Passionate about tackling urgent issues, she believes in driving change through dialogue and action. "Feminism and the environment should concern everyone. We must break taboos and have these conversations everywhere. If we want a better world, we need to unite."
