Harold Faustin, a Montreal-based guitarist, composer, and producer, is a cornerstone of the local Haitian music scene. Over a 30-year career, he has crafted a unique sound blending jazz, Haitian rhythms, and Afro-Caribbean influences. A recipient of prestigious awards (Soba 2007, Cator 1998), he studied musicology in Montreal and jazz at McGill. Following his 2023 EP ESQUISSE, he re-introduces his Quintet with singer Samina, offering original compositions and reimagined pieces, celebrating cultural connections with integrity and respect.
