Born in one of the working class neighborhoods of Kinshasa in the Democratic Republic of Congo, where music is a way of life.

The guitarist, author and composer RNEUF fell in love with the instrument that his older brother played the guitar, following this influence he began to learn the guitar with an instrument that he himself had made, time passed R9 established himself in the music scene among the revelations of Congolese music. they traveled the different music groups in Congo until joining the group Mbongwana stars group created just after the break-up of the legendary group of STAFF BENDA BILILI.
