Momo Soro, from Korhogo, is an Ivorian afro-jazz drummer, percussionist and singer. Momo Soro has shared the stage with some of the world's biggest stars, notably as drummer for Tiken Jah Fakoly for many years. It was with the group Dobacaracol that he began performing his own songs. Their success was followed by international recognition with a gold disc in 2005.
