The winner of the 2019 Juno and Félix awards for best world music album for Rapadou kreyòl, Wesli is touring the world with his music. The veteran guitarist, also a multi-instrumentalist, singer, composer and producer, draws on his Haitian roots, delving into Voodoo rhythms and chants, with which he has great fun, adding modern sounds such as reggae, funk, rock and kompa. “The highly prolific Wesli assumes his various identities: Creole, Montréal, worldwide” (La Presse, 2018).
