From Nouakchott to Dakar, from Paris to Montréal, always flanked by his guitar, the free and nomadic spirit of Daby Touré, son of the elder Touré Kunda brother, is embodied in his remarkable and crystalline melodies, delivered by his gentle but powerful voice, influenced by African folk and desert blues as well as by jazz, pop, reggae, funk and soul.
