Cinzia & The Eclipse

Mirroring the cathartic reassurance of a close friend during tough times or the celebratory energy of a meaningful connection, Montreal-born, Toronto-based artist Cinzia & the Eclipse strips away the ostentatious flare of modern songwriting to reveal the relatable side of relationships, self-discovery, and growth with her music.

Cinzia’s signature sound of blending pop and organic folk is redefined and has even greater depth as she continues to charm and dazzle her listeners with her new album Springland. Her iconic vocal tone and playful phrasing have established her as one to watch as she finds inspiration from heartbreak, nostalgia, and the human condition.

From ’80s-inspired ballads straight out of a romantasy novel, to guitar riffs that feel like a dungeon chase scene, Basil No! anthems are about Throwing. It. Back. and staying true to yourself. Ura Star & Fireball Kid

Best buds Ura Star & FBK have always made music for good times, kitchen parties, barn burners and foggy night drives. Refocusing indie pop through a blurry DIY lens, the two have gone from backing punk bands in Saint John, New Brunswick to forging their own path(s) as rowdy party pop boys in their adoptive city of Montreal. Live, the lippy synth stabs so prominent in their studio production is awash in a sea of raucous guitars and shouty vocals, culminating in a great wave of celebratory energy that’s been difficult to resist for crowds all over eastern Canada. Having just wrapped up a trilogy of sanguine, upbeat records in “Emotional Bros Hotline”, “Gas Station”, and “Heartracer”, the bands work now sits in some smoking, synth-laden indie rock woodpile, recombining all the pieces to light up the corners of the backyard hangover that follows the neverending party.

ivytide

Ivytide is an indie band from Montreal, Canada. Members Nathan Gagné (vocals/guitar), Kyle Ruggiero (bass), Matt Nozetz (drums) and Jamie Snytte (guitar) met recording demos at a home studio, where they started to develop chemistry in their songwriting. A mutual love for chill indie music led to their continued self-produced brand of bedroom pop songs with intricate, but catchy melodies, which float on top of well-thought-out instrumentation.
