The Gourmet Boxes of His Royal Highness has been developed in collaboration with the Hilton Quebec, its restaurant CABU boire et manger and their new executive Chef Marie-Chantal Lepage. A picnic blanket will also be included with your box, ideal to eat in the grass!

- Mini country sausage

- Pork and duck rillettes & berry compote

- Thin slice of Bayonne ham, melon & olives

- Cheeses from Quebec: bleu d’Élisabeth, brie de Portneuf, 1608 de Charlevoix & dried fruits

- Block of smoked salmon with sour sauce & vegetable pickles

- Toasted bread string

- Sweet trilogy; homemade fudge, chocolate energy bar & multicolored macarons 

Gourmet Box for 2 – The Vege

- Creamy cheese crostinis, herbs, cucumber turban & marinated mini tomatoes

- Chickpea hummus flavored with roasted red pepper & vegetable crudo

- Mint, caramelized pear, asparagus and marinated shimiji spring rolls & crunchy niçoise

- Rice salad with dried fruit and almond milk & hard-boiled egg

- Mixed olives & caramelized walnuts

- Red berry smoothie
