For the first time in english!

Menopause, an inevitable hormonal transition in a woman’s life, can be a relief from menstruation for some, while for others, it may bring worry and apprehension due to its various symptoms.

One of the most well-known symptoms of this phase is undoubtedly hot flashes and night sweats. However, there are more than 40 symptoms associated with perimenopause, some of which are lesser-known but still quite common.

Would you like to better understand this period of hormonal change? In this conference, I will discuss female hormones, hormonal changes, and their various effects on the body, as well as the many symptoms of perimenopause, with a particular focus on genitourinary syndrome of menopause.

Practical solutions will be provided to help participants navigate this phase more smoothly, a stage that will represent between one-third and half of a woman’s life.
