On Saturday, May 8, 2027, ProgStorm Festival presents an exclusive performance by Alex Henry Foster at Le Ministère in Montréal.

Formerly the lead singer of Montréal’s Your Favorite Enemies, whose album Between Illness and Migration earned a JUNO nomination, Alex Henry Foster began his solo career with Windows in the Sky, a debut album written between Tangier and Montréal. His music is marked by poetry that alternates between sung and spoken word, and is a blend of post-rock and progressive rock that from song to song moves between dreamy passages and driving rhythms.

On his new album, The Fragile Beauty (Of New Morning Hopes), released in October 2026, Foster explores the fragility of hope through songs that range from the restraint of A Spoken Whisper to the intensity of Springtime. Come see him live on May 8 in the intimate setting of Le Ministère.
