On the first day, Josie and Max will demonstrate their techniques on models. 

For the second day, you will re-create “How to lift 9 levels” and correct your model (please email photos to Josie and Max for approval prior). You will be shadowed and mentored by Josie and Max. If the curriculum is met, you will receive Certification.
