Lavender Town is a Toronto-based jazz-rock fusion band whose sound has grown out of persistent live performance. Balancing improvisation with strong grooves and modern textures, the group brings together elements of jazz fusion, modern jazz, and alternative rock in a way that feels direct and accessible without sacrificing depth. Mafuba is a Montreal-born band that came together in 2022 to create a beautifully chaotic dish of music. Mixing as many flavors as possible, Mafuba uses improvised music to make you move and to tug on your heartstrings.
