As part of the exhibition Heroes of Greece. The Age of Troy, Pointe-à-Callière is holding a series of wine-tasting workshops.

At this workshop, participants will learn how terroir and climate have shaped the specific identity of Greek wines and discover how the modern Greek wine industry has evolved. With their mountainous terrain, maritime influences, and varied soils, Greek vineyards give rise to unique styles that combine freshness and tension with an expression of place. The workshop will also touch on the resurging quality of Greek wine, the adaptation to climate challenges, and Greece’s growing prominence on the international wine scene.

This two-hour workshop will include a tasting of six different wines served with a selection of cheeses, charcuteries, and breads served as appetizers.

The workshop will be led by renowned sommelier and wine communicator and commentator Patrick Blondin, who has been sharing his passion for wine for over 20 years.
