Learn all about the architectural project at Pointe-à-Callière, Montréal’s archaeology and history complex, across each phase of its development, from 1992 to 2017. Our interpreter-guide will discuss the various sources of inspiration for each of the buildings, with a particular focus on the skills that the architects and various specialists drew on to showcase the archaeological remains.
During this outdoor tour, you will hear about the main Éperon building, the Old Custom House, the Mariners’ House, the Youville Pumping Station, and Fort Ville-Marie, and learn about renowned architect Dan S. Hanganu’s vision for the Museum and its expansion projects.

- Please note that this is an outdoor tour and that it will take place rain or shine. Plan accordingly based on the weather forecast.
- There are a limited number of spots available for this tour, and physical distancing rules will be respected.
- This is a one-hour tour.
- A minimum of 5 participants is required for the tour to take place. You will receive a confirmation of the activity 24 hours in advance.
- Tickets cannot be exchanged and are non-refundable.
- Your ticket does not include admission to Pointe-à-Callière. Regular admission rates apply for the Museum’s indoor exhibitions.
