The concept: kick off the evening with an aperitif and seasonal bites, then let our passionate chefs guide you through two interactive workshops – the perfect moment to enjoy with colleagues, friends, or even on your own.

What’s happening:

Pastry Workshop

Discover the refined art of cream puffs during a demonstration followed by a hands-on session. Guided by our pastry brigade, you’ll learn the secrets of choux pastry, assembly techniques, and decoration. Take home our exclusive recipe to recreate these delicacies at home.

Pizza Workshop

Step into the shoes of a true pizzaiolo and create your own pizza using fresh, local ingredients. Once out of the oven, enjoy your creation on the spot – solo or shared!
