The Fondation Saumon (Salmon Foundation) will be holding its annual Cocktail Dinner on May 22 at the Salle de la Commune du Marché Bonsecours!


A host of chefs, restaurateurs and wineries will be on hand to host a spectacular evening, all in aid of a worthy cause.


All proceeds from the Cocktail will be donated to the Fondation Saumon, and redistributed to various Atlantic salmon conservation, enhancement and awareness projects.


For the first time this year, you can take advantage of round-trip bus transportation between Quebec City and Montreal. Places are limited! There's every reason to get involved!

*The pre-sale price is in effect from March 1 to April 1. From April 2, 2025, general admission tickets will be $250.
