Three writers from three peoples and three territories converge in Tiohtià:ke/Montréal for the first time in a powerful exchange about literary heritage and the speech of the land. From the Ñamkulawen Mapuche community in the Patagonia, poet Liliana Ancalao is a learner of her maternal language, Mapuzungun; she joins Blackfeet (Pikunis) Native American novelist Stephen Graham Jones and Anishinaabe (Peguis First Nation) scholar Niigaan Sinclair in a meaningful conversation about language and literature across territories and traditions.
