Join us in a musical celebration of the Nativity

As is our tradition, a festive Nativity-themed concert. Along with traditional songs that we all love to hear and hum along to are French hymns and carols from different lands. Two emerging and talented singers, baritone Hugo Laporte and mezzo-soprano Rose Naggar-Tremblay, are joined by the Clavecin en concert instrumental ensemble, conducted by Luc Beauséjour. And the superb vocal quartet Ensemble Cochléa treat us to their clever arrangements.

In order to fully experience the concert, we invite you to allow sufficient time to arrive at the Basilica due to the ongoing work on the site and the closure of the exterior stairs in front of the crypt.

Parking is available at the Basilica and on Queen Mary Street, in front of the Petits chanteurs du Mont-Royal school and at Collège Notre-Dame.

A shuttle service from the Queen Mary Street parking lot to the main entrance at the Basilica is available, but it is very busy during the concerts, so please allow plenty of time between your arrival and the start of the concert.

Another option is to walk upstairs, or park your vehicle at the intersection of Devon and Summit Crescent avenues in Westmount and access the Basilica via the Père-Louis-Trempe Nature Reserve Trail. 

The main entrance is located in the Basilica's parking lot (5th floor). From there, you can easily access the crypt located three levels below by following the directions indicated, using the moving stairs or by taking the elevator.
