● Round-trip shuttle transport: This package includes round-trip transportation for the selected day. A valid ticket must be presented at each boarding, each day.

● Boarding and departure: The boarding and departure schedule will be announced a few weeks before the event. This information will be sent by email and made available on our Shuttles page.

● Schedules and stops: Schedules and stops may be adjusted based on ticket sales. The FCL reserves the right to cancel a stop or reduce a time slot if it does not meet a minimum number of passengers. In such cases, affected ticket holders will be refunded. The final schedule will be published closer to the event.

● Seat allocation: Shuttle seats are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. The time slot selected during ticket purchase does not guarantee a seat at a specific time. We recommend arriving at your stop at least 15 minutes early to avoid being at the end of the line and missing your shuttle.
