The Effigy is the pass you need for getting access a wide range of activities during the Quebec Winter Carnival.

IMPORTANT :

The Effigy is mandatory to access the official sites of the Quebec Winter Carnival from Ferbuary 6 to 15, 2026 for all Carnival-goers 13 years of age and over.

The purchase of an 2026 Effigy at the current special rate will only provide you with an electronic ticket. You can present your electronic ticket at any Carnival ticket office during the event to receive your Effigy.

If you wish to receive your Effigy by mail, it will go on sale in late fall 2025 at the adjusted price.
