By purchasing the 2023 Souvenir Effigy, you will be sent by mail the physical Effigy in the image of Bonhomme Carnaval as a souvenir of the 69th edition of the Quebec Winter Carnival.
This Souvenir Effigy will be sent too late to access the 2023 Quebec Winter Carnaval. Until Ferbuary 12th, if you wish to participate to the festivities, you mus purchase the regular Effigy, which is still available online as an electronic ticket. You can also purchase the Effigy on the Carnival official sites, at the ticket offices.
