Saltland

Saltland is the moniker adopted by cellist Rebecca Foon to perform and record her solo work. Active for close to twenty years in Montreal, Foon has been a member of Silver Mt. Zion, Set Fire to Flames and Esmerine. Her second solo album, released on Constellation Record,s, allows us to absorb all of the beauty within Foon's melodies as well as her subtle and powerful artistic presence.

On their fourth full-length album UNCLE!, Juno award winning Vancouver indie rock jazz art folk instrumentalists Pugs & Crows join forces with vocalist Marin Patenaude. Her earthy, soulful voice coupled with the band’s trademark cinematic pacing, melodicism, and gritty elegance transports the music to new heights.
