Heidi Foss

Heidi Foss is one of Canada’s most respected stand-up comedians, known for her sharp writing and signature dry, deadpan delivery. Praised by the Montreal Gazette as “one of the country’s best,” she has earned four nominations for Best Female Stand-Up Comic at the Canadian Comedy Awards. Her comedy has been featured on major stages and broadcasts including the International Just For Laughs Festival (CBC Galas), CBC’s Halifax Comedy Festival, Winnipeg Comedy Festival, CTV’s Comedy Now!, and CBS’s Comics Unleashed with Byron Allen.

Beyond the stage, Foss is an accomplished television writer and story editor, contributing to projects across networks such as HBO, FOX, PBS, the BBC, YTV, and Nickelodeon. She also won a Canadian Comedy Award as part of the writing team for CBC’s This Hour Has 22 Minutes. Her work in animation and television includes writing for Toon Marty, story editing Mohawk Girls (Season 5) and Pup Academy, and her animated feature screenplay Butterfly Tale received the 2021 Stuttgart Festival of Animated Film Screenplay Award.

Originally from Scoudouc, New Brunswick, Julien Dionne is a bilingual comedian with international recognition. The New Brunswicker is a multiple-time nominee of prestigious comedy awards, such as the Canadian Comedy Awards, and has headlined renowned comedy festivals all across Canada. In addition to performing on an international level, Julien is a mainstay of the local comedy scene, regularly hosting and performing at stand-up shows at comedy clubs in the Ottawa-Gatineau region. His energetic style and unique material make him both an entertaining and essential performer in the Canadian comedy scene.

Originaire de Scoudouc, au Nouveau-Brunswick, Julien Dionne est un humoriste bilingue de renommée internationale.
