Direction: Shyam Karki

Shyam Karki, is a documentary film maker from Nepal. He started his career by working and learning various aspect of audio-visual in Multimedia Company in Nepal. He went to Singapore to hone is technical skills in Singapore Sony. Afterwards, he started working in Gulf Cooperation Council to document construction progress, company profile, documenting various aspects of industrial works and Arabic drama for two years. He came back to Nepal on 2013 and has been working in various independent documentaries, news portal. He has directed Blockade in 2016, by following observational style of documentary filmmaking. Beside that, he has been directing short length documentary every year and has worked as assistant director in films directed by Kesang Tseten.
