 Kartikeya Saxena is a 23-year-old director-cinematographer navigating the choppy waters of independent filmmaking. Based out of Udaipur, Kartikeya strives for a uniquely Indian visual and narrative sensibility in his work - one that is deeply rooted in folklore, Indian art forms and literature, and the processes of their creation. He is particularly inspired by the works of Amit Dutta, Werner Herzog and Adoor Gopalakrishnan.
