A Nickname is a comedic short film that recreates the true childhood story of how I became entangled in a seven-year-old girl's grand plan to con our neighbor out of five bucks — and how I got my American nickname, Sean, in the process. Told in a hyper-stylized scripted vlog format, the film also grapples with themes that any Immigrant faces when calling a new country home.
