In collaboration with Miss Me, a committed feminist artist and a key figure on the Montréal art scene, Le Monastère presents a double experience in a single evening.
From the moment you arrive, a selection of powerful works by Miss Me welcomes you. Bold, direct, sometimes biting images that challenge and provoke reflection. A first immersion before stepping into the performance space to discover “Vandales”, the Women’s Cabaret.
Vandales is a celebration of femininity in all its forms, strengths and stories. A 100% female acrobatic circus cabaret, both on stage and behind the scenes. The performances feature Canadian and international artists brought together for an evening where virtuosity, audacity and presence are expressed without compromise. Here, strength is seen, heard and felt, and emotion is just as important as the feat itself.
A highlight of the season, both inspiring and unifying, where art becomes a tribute to women and the audience is invited to experience something truly memorable.
