In April, Le Bureau de la vie étudiante invites you to relax during a private evening in a Nordic spa.
Inspired by millennia-old practices in the Scandinavian countries, the popularity of this activity has spread in most Nordic countries as a relaxing experience accessible all year round. Participants will be able to immerse themselves in hot, cold pools, dry, wet saunas and rest areas in nature.
You will alternate hot, cold and rest. This cycle will allow you to reach a deep state of relaxation. You will come out brisk and ready for the last weeks of the winter semester!

When: Friday, April 12th, 2019.We will leave at 8 p.m. between the Ernest-Lemieux and Alphonse-Desjardins buildings and the return is planned at the same place around midnight.
Cost: $ 20 including transportation and entry to the site.
Attire: It is mandatory to bring a swimsuit and sandals. A locker, a towel and a bottle of water are provided for free. You can bring a bathrobe or rent it on the spot at a cost of $ 7+txs.
Temperature: In case of very bad temperature, you will be notified of the cancellation of the activity by email.
Registration: Get your ticket online (credit card only) or at the Bureau de la vie étudiante (cash only), office 2344 of Alphonse-Desjardins building before Wednesday April 10th 4 p.m. PLACES ARE LIMITED.
