This winter, the Bureau de la vie étudiante invites you to visit a unique hotel in North America: Québec's Ice Hotel. With its majestic snow vaults, crystal clear ice sculptures and dreamy rooms, let yourself be transported into a magical world. This building, entirely made of ice and snow, is rebuilt every winter with a new architecture. Come live an unforgettable experience by visiting this magnificent ephemeral work of art.
With over 40 rooms, a bar and its ice chapel, this tour is a total immersion in Winter.
The activity includes a guided tour of 45 minutes and free time to visit the hotel at your leisure. After the visit, you can enjoy a cocktail served in a glass of ice (extra charges).

When: Thursday January 10th, departure at 12:30 p.m., return to Laval University around 4:15 p.m.. The departure is between the Ernest-Lemieux and Alphonse-Desjardins buildings, near the Pub universitaire.
Cost: 32 $, including round-trip transportation, access to the Ice Hotel and guided tour.
Registration: Register online before Tuesday January 8 at 5 p.m. (credit card only) or in person at the Orientation Lounge, room 2470 of the Alphonse-Desjardins building from January 4th, 2019 noon.
No refund.
Attire: Part of the tour takes place outside and part inside the hotel. The temperature inside the hotel varies between -3 and -5 degrees Celsius. Dress accordingly.
