Véronique absolutely adores bubbles at any time of the year (or day, for that matter) and this is probably her favourite workshop.

An introduction to the various styles and production methods of sparkling, from Pétillant Naturel to Prosecco, Cava and Champagne.

6 sparkling wines and canapés (and very probably potato chips) will be served.

There is free street parking on Montcalm as of 7pm on weekdays and all day Saturday. 

There is a paid lot across the street. It requires an app, Indigo, to pay. 

Free street parking can be found on neighbouring streets. Before 6pm, some may have imposed time limits.
