In these troubled times, the Chant de paix concert aims to provide a moment of pause, reflection, and meditation on the theme of peace. The program includes a cappella Gregorian chants, songs related to the concert's theme from the 20th century, two compositions by Marc O'Reilly, and several solo organ pieces. Among the Gregorian chants, Tibe Christe splendor Patris and the Cistercian Salve Regina will be sung alternately with organ improvisations. The concert will be co-conducted by Yvan Cloutier and Marc O'Reilly. Chantal Boulanger will be at the grand organ of Saint-Michel Basilica-Cathedral.

This concert is part of a series of benefit concerts to raise funds for the restoration of the grand organ in the gallery of Saint-Michel Basilica-Cathedral in Sherbrooke.
