Active Mirror

Influenced by The Smiths, The Cure, and Interpol, activemirror bridges the familiar lineage of post-punk with their own voice, emerging as a rare force from a small island carving space on an international stage. 2025 has marked a turning point: touring their debut album across Canada, recording a live acoustic set in Los Angeles, and representing Aruba at Asia’s largest showcase festival, Music Matters Live in Singapore. With two singles produced at Canada’s Metalworks Studios slated for release by year’s end, and a new album on the horizon in early 2026, activemirror is shaping its most defining chapter yet.

A Weekend at Ramonas

A Weekend at Ramona’s was formed by indie rock outfit and song writing duo Chris Munro and Ben Nunes. The Toronto band had an interesting inception as Chris and Ben met as rivals in a Battle of the Bands competition. With each of them being the most passionate and ambitious in their respective groups, it became clear that they needed to be in a band together. Joyce soon joined on bass adding a wide array of musical and stylistic influences that has brought the band to greater heights. The group has been rounded out by Angie on drums who has provided the backbone for the band to thrive with her sense of rhythm and ferocious playing. 

The band has gone on to play across Ontario and has accumulated over 150,000 streams from their releases. Though they are content, the bands ambition has not wavered. It is clear that this is just the beginning for the young group.

Chrbl

“chrbl”, pronounced Charbel is a Montreal-Beirut-based singer-songwriter whose vulnerable melodies on acoustic guitar intertwine with his passionate lyrics. Inspired by Ed Sheeran, Pitbull and his stutter, “chrbl” ’s songs served as therapy helping him overcome everyday struggles. His music resonates with raw emotions, hoping it’ll do the same to his audiences with an intimate fusion from both sides of the world.
