The Effigy is mandatory to access the official sites of the Quebec Winter Carnival from Ferbuary 6 to 15, 2026, for all Carnival-goers 13 years of age and over.
The Effigy also gives you access to a winter discount booklet including many coupons valid at several merchants, in addition to giving you discounts and privileges redeemable at different events in Quebec City during the winter period.
